Meet Kim

Kim Bordes, a 47-year-old mother of two, has an inspiring story of resilience and self-discovery. Originally from the Netherlands and now living near Frankfurt, Kim spent 25 years in the tech world, mentoring, coaching, and leading international teams. However, the past three years brought a series of profound losses and changes, including the loss of her mother, her dog, and the end of her 20-year marriage. Last year brought even more challenges, including the loss of her managerial role.

These experiences, while painful, became the catalyst for Kim's journey of self-discovery and empowerment. She embraced her strengths and feminine energy, founding "EmpowerHer Mentoring," a program to guide women through their own healing and empowerment journeys. Using her "3-Brains" approach and coaching experience, Kim's mission is to reconnect women who have overcome dramatic life events with their natural self-leadership strengths, enabling them to confidently take their next steps in their professional lives.

After creating and completing her own "Kick-Ass" program, the photoshoot with Charlotte Starrup felt like the perfect culmination. Kim describes it as "a powerful closure of the past time and certainly a start of new beginnings!"

She recalls the day as amazing, stepping out of her comfort zone, as Charlotte captured her inner strength and power in stunning photos. Kim was impressed by the professionalism of Charlotte and her team, expressing her gratitude for the beautiful experience.
