At 58 years young, this incredible woman is living proof that age is truly just a number! Feeling healthy, fit, and deeply happy with herself, she embraced the empowering question: "If not now, when?"

Born and raised in a democratic and safe country with abundant opportunities for education and a vibrant life, her journey took her through a demanding yet fulfilling career as an executive in international HR. The whirlwind of business travel and the joys and challenges of being a working mother in her 30s and 40s often left little time for self-care.

The years between her late 40s and 57 brought new professional and personal landscapes to navigate. The pandemic and significant company transformations created shifts, and at times, she found herself, as an experienced and confident woman, needing to fight to be truly heard and understood in a male-dominated environment. Menopause added another layer of complexity.

However, in 2023, after some personal and professional re-evaluation, she embarked on an exciting new chapter. Now self-employed as a business executive coach, university lecturer, and yoga teacher, her discipline, adaptability, passion, professionalism, empathy, and unwavering curiosity have been her guiding stars.

Her recent yoga training has been transformative, bringing immense strength, energy, and serenity that she is now thrilled to share through her coaching and yoga classes, weaving in her rich life experience.

She can honestly say that she hasn't felt this comfortable in her own skin since her mid-twenties – both inside and out. Gratitude and the ability to embrace the present moment have been key, allowing her to trust and follow her intuition more than ever before.

The positive feedback she has received from long-time friends, clients, and especially women, who feel motivated and inspired by her journey, fills her with immense gratitude. Her heartfelt advice?
