Meet Janette

At 47, Janette’s life is a testament to following your passions and embracing new challenges at every stage. Living in Karlsfeld with her husband and 13-year-old son, she has turned her love for Arabian horses into a fulfilling career as an equine-assisted therapist. In this role, she helps children with behavioral issues, disabilities, and those coping with grief, guiding them toward healing through the gentle presence of horses. Her work is deeply personal, influenced by the loss of her father 16 years ago, and has inspired her to create a grief riding group specifically for children who have lost a parent or sibling.
