LUXURY PORTRAIT SESSIONS
Dear Client,
I’m thrilled that you are interested in Charlotte Starup Photography and you are considering investing in my skills, time, experience and talent. It’s important that you make the right choice when choosing the photographer who will capture your beauty. Before moving on, I would like to take a moment to give you an overview of what you can expect from my luxury portrait services. It is a supermodel of a day experience, no less. It is a day where everything is about YOU!
Your photo shoot is just that – YOURS! I really like to collaborate with my clients so that I know what attracted them to me in the first place, what they like and love and how they dream about being seen in order that together we can achieve the ultimate result of truly custom images representing them in an authentic way.
The experience begins with a phone conversation or in which I narrow down what it is you’re looking for during and after the photo shoot. Topics we might discuss could range from you telling me how you dream of being photographed to a discussion of what you will wear and I can tell you about some of the dresses and outfits I have in the studio.. It is important for me to understand what you would like. Based on our discussion, I’ll advise you which outfits you should bring along. I’ll talk you through the plan for the photo shoot day and explain to you how you will be able to use your prints afterwards. Maybe you have in mind creating a stunning album for your lover or husband or would love to give prints as gifts.
prints to give as gifts to loved ones. Every photo you purchase includes the digital photo as well as the prints of your choice (this is different for other sessions).
Once you have signed the contract agreement and paid the initial retainer, your photo shoot date is officially reserved for you exclusively and all other inquiries for your date will be refused. You’ll receive my Welcome Package, which includes my Style Guide, Beauty Guide and Product guide. In this you will have a vast variety of ideas to think about before the shoot. The Alfa and Omega is preparation. I will give you links as to where to rent a dress or purchase some for a super price. Until your shoot I am here if you would like to discuss ideas, timelines or other aspects of your photo shoot or the final product. Once you have picked out your wardrobe (taking into consideration the dresses I have at your disposal) you are asked to send me a photo of them for my careful preparation.
On the day of your glamour shoot at my Starnberg Studio the morning will be spent with you enjoying the creation of your beautiful hairstyle and your perfect makeup. You’re going to be treated like a supermodel for the day. This is all about YOU, it’s your special day and you have the opportunity to shine, feel beautiful and look your absolute best. Once makeup and hair is done and you have had your say about it, it is time for us to start the photosession. Do not worry if you feel non-photogenic or you should still lose some kilos (even the skinniest of my friends says that constantly:-) or your think you are too old, have too many wrinkles or your hair is not as you want it....I’ve got it all covered with my knowledge how best to position you and make you at ease in front of my camera.
Around two weeks after the photo shoot you’ll return to the studio to see your photos for the first time. I will have hand selected only the best images and I will have given each one of them my signature retouch. All of your beautiful printed images will be on display for you to touch and see close up. For all of my customers, this is always a wonderful memorable moment where they may see a side of themselves that they may have not seen in a really long time or sometimes never before.
After payment, you’ll take your photos home at the end of the consultation. I’m here to help you design additional products that suit your needs and budget. What ever you purchase is up to you, there is no hard sell and I will only want you to purchase what you absolutely love.
My goal is always to provide you with a memorable experience resulting in high quality heirloom images, which will outlive you and be handed down to the next generation. Like family, portraits are a legacy to cherish for a lifetime. There is never a better time to have your photographs taken than now. My desire and passion lies in the empowerment that these photos give the women I photograph. Seeing the most beautiful side of herself is an experience that every woman should have! It is time to love yourself. It is time to appreciate who you are right now for the people who love you. It is time to put yourself first just for a little bit, every now and then, and look into the mirror or look at a picture of yourself and see the beautiful, strong, loving women, wife and mother we have become looking back at us.
Beyond this, my aim is for you to have a relaxing, fun and stress-free experience that you will look back on and remember with pleasure for many years to come.
